Service status

For current availability and incident history, open System Status on the marketing site: pregoi.com/developers/status (or use the link your administrator shares).

If you cannot reach Prego:

  1. Check the status page for known incidents.
  2. Try a different network or device to rule out local blocking.
  3. Contact your internal IT first, then Prego support if the issue persists.

Maintenance

Planned maintenance is announced in advance when possible—via email, in-app notice, or the status page, depending on your plan and configuration.
