Service status
For current availability and incident history, open System Status on the marketing site: pregoi.com/developers/status (or use the link your administrator shares).
If you cannot reach Prego:
- Check the status page for known incidents.
- Try a different network or device to rule out local blocking.
- Contact your internal IT first, then Prego support if the issue persists.
Maintenance
Planned maintenance is announced in advance when possible—via email, in-app notice, or the status page, depending on your plan and configuration.
