HR-related features help you manage employees, attendance, leave, and sometimes payroll inputs, depending on your edition and region.

Typical capabilities

  • Employee master data and organizational structure.
  • Attendance and leave requests and approvals (workflows vary by setup).
  • Payroll may be supported directly or via export to a payroll provider — check your implementation guide.

Getting started

  1. Import or create employees and roles with your admin.
  2. Align approval rules (who signs off on leave, expenses, etc.) with your HR policy.
  3. For Autopilot over HR data (e.g. weekly attendance summaries), see Autopilot and ensure Knowledge documents describe definitions your AI should follow.

Privacy

HR data is sensitive. Restrict admin and integration access, and review Data & privacy with your DPO.
